When we decided to sell, Emily and Jan came by to give us a detailed report of what needed to be done to each room of the house to make sure it was ready for showings. This was very useful for us and took away a lot of anxiety. Once we listed, we had 10+ showings the first day and multiple offers. They walked us through each offer and presented the pros and cons of each. On the purchase of the new house, we ran into a complication due to the type of offer we submitted (contingent on selling the previous house), but Emily was able to navigate the complication in a shortened time frame and everything worked out in the end. We truly believe that had we used a different, less experienced realtor, we would not have been able to complete the purchase of the new home. Emily was always available for questions, easy to get a hold of, and rearranged her schedule when needed for the signing of important documents.
